Can you tell me how much my Gravestone will cost?
Due to the complex nature of individual cemetery policies and fees, as well as your decisions regarding materials, design, and size — we highly suggest you start the process by requesting a free consultation — one of our planners will meet you at the graveyard site to go over options and be able to provide a much more accurate estimate.
However, we offer the fees and prices below so you can help budget and see if ordering a gravestone or memorial marker is the right decision for you and your family.

Additional Costs
Along with the cost of designing a custom memorial, there MAY be additional expenses depending upon the marker and cemetery you selected. These fees are listed here as a courtesy and may NOT be needed. After your initial consultation, you will be able to receive a more accurate bid.
Additional Engraving: $150 – $300
Each of our markers comes with Standard lettering, typically the name of the deceased, and birthdate, and the date of death. However, some families choose to engrave a favorite quote or the logo of a sports team. These can cost extra, and you should budget around $15 per character.
Concrete Pour/Foundation Setting Fee: $200-900
Performed 4 weeks before marker’s arrival at gravesite, a base of concrete may needs to be layered evenly in preparation of the markers’ arrival. Price varies on size of the marker
Installation Fee: $150
With some markers averaging as much at 400 lbs, proper equipment is needed to insure a safe install of the monument.
Summary
These are the average cost of the necessary headstone materials and services, including creation and installation. But there are additional details to consider, which can increase the cost of a headstone. If you want to add accessories like full-color ceramic images, vases, sculptures, or statues, you’ll need to take price into account.
Just like life, each person’s headstone is unique — and can range wildly in price from a small ground flat marker ($699) to a large marble monument with a life sized statue of the deceased ($24,000).
We urge you to sign up for our free consultation to go over these options, and to not be afraid to ask us any questions about costs. We are here to give honest answers and to help you make sure your loved one’s marker is a source of comfort.
